David Blanco hikes the Pacific Crest Trail for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America
My name is David Blanco, and I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in 1990. I am hiking the Pacific Crest trail starting in April 2017 to raise awareness of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis and to raise money for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation.
